It is recommended that no other Vagrant processes are running during the upgrade process. It is absolutely the same as th log of successful booting with Ubuntu 14. I don't see any error in the VirtualBox log. The appropriate VirtualBox process is using 100% CPU on the host. it did not give me login prompt on the gui.

The upgrade had no error, but after I restarted the guest system I could not log in through ssh into the guest. If you already have installed the Vagrant boxes you can upgrade them with: vagrant box update
